Responsibilities:

  • In-charge for Pre-Tender and Post-Tender.
  • To attend tender interview.
  • To prepare and compile documentation for tender submission.
  • Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders.
  • Valuing completed work and making progress claims.
  • Tracking of any variations for ongoing projects that may affect cost.
  • Cost analysis for project works.
  • Able to visit site.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Quantity Survey or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate must possess own transport and willing to travel.
  • Possess good interpersonal & communication skills, enthusiastic, self-motivated, energetic and result-oriented.
