Quantity Surveyor

**Responsibilities**
- Manage subcon, supplier and client
- Price/forecast the unit cost of the building material
- Prepare contracts document, project budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
- To be responsible in the overall contract administration, preparation of contract, project estimate and tender, monitoring and control of construction cost, negotiation with sub-contractors, and other relevant duties
- To perform building material estimation for each project
- To prepare progress claims/sub-contractor certificate
- To prepare tender /letter of award process
- Handle inquiries of quotations / sourcing of material samples.
- Liaising with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate with contractors and site personnel.
- Filling and documentations management
- Attend site meeting / coordination meeting.

**Job Requirements**:

- Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 1-3 Years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills and initiative.
- Good time management and able to cope with fast paced working environment.
- Able to work independently from taking of to progress claim, familiar with tender/estimates project cost control
- Able to start work immediately will be an added advantaged

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Quantity Surveyor: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- CIDB (preferred)
