Job Scope
- Greet and check-in patients warmly
- Handle appointment bookings (phone/WhatsApp/online)
- Process payments, send reminders, and collect feedback
- Prepare treatment rooms, manage inventory & invoicing
- Support smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Manage WhatsApp Business & Google
- Occasionally Assist basic Facebook / Instagram posting

Work Schedule
- 5.5 days a week (weekends required)
- Fixed hours, no shifts or night duty
- Public holiday off according to clinic schedule

- Have experience in customer service / admin / clinic roles (preferred)
- **Comfortable with tech** - Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, online tools
- Are calm, responsible and willing to support the therapy team
