About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinic Supervisor to join our dynamic team at TT WELLNESS CENTRE (M) SDN BHD in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Clinic Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our healthcare facility, ensuring the smooth delivery of exceptional patient care. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervising and coordinating the activities of the clinic staff, including nurses, administrative personnel, and medical assistants
  2. Ensuring efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources within the clinic
  3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
  4. Implementing and monitoring clinic policies, procedures, and quality standards
  5. Serving as a liaison between the clinic and other healthcare providers or administrative departments
  6. Addressing patient inquiries and resolving any complaints or concerns
  7. Assisting with the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a healthcare setting
  2. Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of medical procedures and practices
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals
  4. Proficiency in data management and the use of electronic medical records systems
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced environment
  6. Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities
  7. Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and following all relevant healthcare regulations and policies
