Key Responsibilities:

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the management team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the liaison between the reporting supervisor, internal teams, and external stakeholders.

· Manage the supervisor's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and communications.

· Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing materials for management use.

· Assist in market analysis and research to support business decisions.

· Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

· Support special projects and ensure all tasks and deliverables meet timelines

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

· Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

· Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those actively involved in co-curricular or leadership activities (e.g., organizing events, student associations, or volunteer programs).

· Strong organizational, coordination, and time management skills with great attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· MISA membership will be an added advantage.

· High integrity, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
