We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Sales & Customer Service Executive to join our retail and operations team in Johor Bahru.

This role suits someone who enjoys communication, loves helping people, and takes pride in providing outstanding customer experiences—both online and in-store.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers in Mandarin and English, providing professional product information and service.
  • Handle walk-in and online sales inquiries through Facebook, WhatsApp, social media, and calls.
  • Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
  • Support daily sales operations, order processing, and after-sales service.
  • Assist with promotions, events, and product launches.
  • Work closely with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
  • No prior experience required — we welcome enthusiastic learners
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) — required for customer communication.
  • Able to communicate in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Cheerful, proactive, and responsible personality.
  • Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
