JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Well knowledge about company product or service− guide the customer to reach a deal.
  • To communicate with customer thru to promote sales through networks chat.
  • Respond to telephone inquiries and Internet inquiries; Handle order through website and phone.
  • (Liang, Souper Tang, YS) Own website,Shoppe, Lazada, Facebook, WhatsApp.
  • Arrange shipping and Classification of different logistics delivery to make sure all in order.
  • Record shipping order.
  • Handle customer order, payment, and follow up with Logistics status;
  • Handle customer complaint and feedback, return and exchange goods.
  • Looking for potential customer and Agent.
  • Support Marketing Team to provide idea and discuss sales planning offer.
  • To check with network promotion layout, etc.; To ensure customers can easily see the latest promotions and products.
  • To Achieve group sales goals
  • Additional tasks assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma in Business Administrative or Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must be able to speak and read Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Basic knowledge of Social media platform and Microsoft office.
  • Fresh graduate welcome
