What you'll be doing?
  • Build alliances: Forge strategic partnerships with key merchants to create win-win situations and drive business growth.
  • Negotiate deals: Lead discussions and secure advantageous collaborations, campaigns, and promotions with important merchants.
  • Conduct market research: Gather and analyze crucial information on market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support product development: Contribute valuable insights to product development and branding initiatives, helping shape the company's future offerings.
  • Cultivate relationships: Nurture and strengthen connections between the company and merchants to unlock new business opportunities.
  • Engage with clients: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and proactively approaching new clients in the office.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational background: Candidates with a Bachelor's or Professional Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Working Experience: Candidates with 1 to 3 years of sales and business relations experience will be prioritised, but candidates with no prior experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Language skills: Strong communication abilities in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin proficiency being a plus for engaging with a diverse client base.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office to efficiently manage tasks and communications in a modern business environment.
  • People person: Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Self-starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a positive attitude, passion, and customer-centric approach.
  • Flexibility: Available for both full-time and contract-basis positions, with the ability to start immediately.
