We are hiring a Business Executive (AI & IT) for our Johor Bahru office.

This role involves periodic trips into our Singapore office also for meetings.

Who we are looking for:

You are deeply interested in IT & the use of A.I. in general- you should be comfortable using or learning to use various AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini, AI agents for web browsing, and more specialised AI tools for specialised slide decks and images for various business executive needs

You are hungry to learn and deal with big clients internationally- you will be exposed to many new technologies and ideas.

You enjoy the hustle and pace of a startup environment

You are looking for more direct responsibility in your tasks, and want to deal directly with key decision makers.

You enjoy working with fast-paced small teams

You are meticulous and detail-oriented

As a Business Development Executive, you will be involved in a mix of tasks, including

Business Tasks

-Research on clients and industries

-Emailing clients

-Preparing presentations and materials/decks to send to clients

Project Coordination

-Requirement gathering & documentation

-Task planning & delegation

-Coordinate deployment and handover of solutions to clients

General Business Admin

-Quotations, Invoicing, General bookkeeping including reconciliations

-Vendor & Client liasing
