**We Are Hiring: Service Desk Agent / IT Operation Associate - Mandarin Speaker**

Join our growing IT operations team supporting global platforms from our Cyberjaya office.

**Position**: Service Desk Agent / IT Operation Associate

**Location**: North Wing, Cyberjaya

**Working Hours**: Rotational shifts
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM (middle shift allowance provided)
- 12:00 AM - 9:00 AM (night shift allowance provided)
- **Eligibility**: Degree holders only

**Key Requirements**
- 2-3 years of experience in internet or cloud platform operations and maintenance
- Solid understanding of cloud computing technologies and products
- Knowledge of Linux system management, TCP/IP, and performance tuning tools
- Familiarity with DNS, Load Balancing, CDN, Database systems, security, disaster recovery, and high-concurrency environments
- Advantageous: experience with audio/video, SDK development, big data, AI, container technologies
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

**Language Requirement**
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Ability to understand technical documentation in Chinese (mandatory)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
