HR Management Trainee

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions
- Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal /external training.
- Responsible for daily operational tasks which includes process staff expenses claims, update training records, filing, etc.
- Process staff attendance and ensure the accuracy.
- Handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counselling
- Execute division policy and ensure full adoption and comply with workflow or standard operation procedures
- Performs administrative and division support activities
- To undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Preferred language (s): Chinese
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detail-oriented, excellent time management and committed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh, Perak.
