**HR Services - Payroll Specialist**

Company Industry : Water & Petrochemical

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 hour to 1700)

Working Location : Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur

Working Duration: 6 months contract with PERSOLKELLY

Remuneration: Basic salary RM4,000 - RM6,000 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical coverage

WHO CAN APPLY?
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business) or consideration of an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in payroll
- Can independently handle all payroll-related tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is required.
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Highly motivated team member with sense of urgency, resourcefulness, and adaptability

JOB SCOPE
- End to end SEA payroll process. Six countries in SEA: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam
- Partner with vendor to ensure a timely and accurate delivery of payroll
- Prepare and validate on pre-payroll data input
- Validate vendor’s output to make sure all the input data are correctly reflected in the payroll and the tax, social security contributions are correctly calculated.
- Work with vendor, other internal teams’ for payroll-related payment processing and account booking, including but not limited to payroll disbursement, vendor service fee payment, tax, social security payment and payroll account booking
- Regular review with vendor on local regulations to ensure payroll compliance
- Vendor management to ensure all the metrics in the SLA are met
- Responsible for all payroll-related reporting
- Partner with vendor to address employees’ queries in a timely manner
- Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by leaders
