**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Strategy and Leadership**:

- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize market penetration. Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to drive business growth. - **Market Expansion**:

- Formulate and execute strategies to expand our market presence by identifying new target markets and segments. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and retailers to drive product distribution and sales. - **Client Relationship Management**:

- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their needs and concerns while providing innovative solutions. - **Sales Operations**:

- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support. Monitor sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), making data-driven decisions for improvement. - **Team Leadership and Development**:
