Handle all work that is related to e-Commerce.
- Liaise with Key-Account partners including Lazada, Shopee and more.
- Responsible for the full range of operational and administrative activities in e-commerce platforms.
- Follow brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
- Analysis stock and generate sales forecast.
- Arrange the inbound and outbound inventory to the platform.
- Work with the Finance team to confirm the accurate billing process.
- Support and consolidate all campaign mechanics in the platform.
- Continuously optimize the e-commerce channel operation and performance.
- Grow and manage digital sales.

**; Requirements**:
- Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
- Familiar with the operating rules of major e-commerce platforms, with excellent channel management capabilities and customer relationship management capabilities, priority is given.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator/Adobe Photoshop will be given priority
- Strong market sensitivity and insight with data analysis capabilities, sensitive to sales related data;
- Possess positive attitude, customer first mindset, people oriented, reliable.
