**Job Summary**:
Carry out engineering tasks ensuring our systems and project meet customer requirement and local standard. Working with technicians and engineers to solve emerging issues. Design and review new wiring diagram on farm house equipment and control system.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and manage electrical engineer on daily task and projects.
- Ensure task complete on target, cost and on time.
- Prepare cable plan, single wire diagram & BOM creation on project basis.
- Review, propose and approve electrical planning and drawings, sensors and control, electronic controllers.
- Liaise closely with other functional groups as well as with customer and participate in meetings and workshops.
- Perform calculations and system studies (Load Flow, Power factor correction, Cable sizing, earthling, lightning protection etc.)
- Carry out technical investigations, produce technical reports, engineering standards, and procedures.
- Perform site surveys and define / execute modifications to existing facilities on brownfield projects.
- Study and suggest solution for farm's automation system.
- Drive electrical product NPD/NPI development and progress.
- Support commissioning, servicing and consultation to customer when required.
- Standardize the parts and quality of control panel. BOM and cost down from time to time.
- Provide training to other department on electrical controller.
- Support other departments on tasks such as sourcing, cost down and new vendor evaluation.

- Travel required around 30% of time.
