**Responsibilities：**
1. Participate in the development strategy and annual business plan of the department/BU business unit, and participate in the establishment and implementation of the strategic plan of the production engineering department.
2. Determine and implement the annual work plan (KPI) of the production engineering department, and carry out resource scheduling and cost management of each engineering group (production engineering).
3. Master the production status of the production engineering department, lead and coordinate the communication and cooperation of the product manufacturing process between various departments, and solve the quality, efficiency and cost control problems in production in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for the daily management of the production engineering department (including SMT, DIP, assembly, MPM, FA), and conduct resource allocation, training and assessment for department personnel.
5. Lead the department to research, evaluate and formulate the manufacturing process and testing methods of electronic products, so that the manufacturing process and testing methods can meet the requirements of safety, quality, cost and production capacity. Error-proof fixture or process design to improve the traceability of product production and manufacturing, and establish a competitive manufacturing system;
6. Responsible for the management of the manufacturing project of new products, evaluate the management of project introduction, product quotation, project planning, promotion, cost control, coordination, etc., provide DFM suggestions, and promote and guide customers or R&D teams to improve product design

**Requirements**:
1. More than 10 years of process engineering experience in EMS electronics manufacturing enterprises, more than 3 years of department management experience.
2. Proficient in the whole process technology and product testing knowledge of electronic product manufacturing, familiar with workshop layout, line design and management.
3. Familiar with production efficiency improvement and cooperate with relevant departments for cost control.
4. Familiar with ISO quality management system, especially the requirements of industrial and automotive electronic products.
5. Understand the technical characteristics and trends of the electronic product manufacturing process industry, understand the environmental protection requirements in the production process.
6. Knowledge of ISO9000/TL9000/ISO14000/ISO13485/OHSAS18000/TS16949 and other management systems.
7. Project management, 6 sigma method, IE, TPM and other management skills

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
