**Sales Consultant - GWM BTTW**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Vehicle Expertise**: Develop a strong understanding of GWM vehicle models, features, and technologies to effectively present options that meet customer needs.
- **Client Engagement**: Build lasting relationships with new and returning customers by providing exceptional service, timely follow-ups, and personalized trade-in recommendations.
- **Needs Assessment**: Consult with customers to identify their preferences, lifestyle requirements, and budget, then align them with suitable vehicle options.
- **Product Demonstration**: Conduct test drives and showcase vehicle features, highlighting performance, safety, and warranty benefits to create a compelling sales experience.
- **Sales Execution**: Guide customers through the entire sales process—from addressing objections and negotiating terms to completing contracts and finalizing purchases.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records and reports for management, including customer interactions, sales data, and follow-up activities.
- **Showroom & Display Support**: Contribute to the setup and visual appeal of the showroom and outdoor displays to ensure a welcoming environment.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay current on product updates, promotions, and industry trends through regular training and self-development.
- **Brand Ambassador**: Uphold the reputation of GWM BTTW by delivering excellent customer service and embracing challenges with a solution-focused mindset.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
