**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with _**more than 5 years of experience as a Retail Manager in a hypermarket/supermarket environment. (COMPULSORY)**_
- **Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management**, with at least 3 years of experience in retail HR operations
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, particularly as they relate to retail and service industries
- Proven experience in managing HR functions for both office staff and retail employees
- Experience with HR software systems and employee data management
- Experience in the retail industry or managing HR for multi-location organizations
- Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM)
- Familiarity with labor laws relating to **foreign employees and visa requirements**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for both office staff and retail store employees, ensuring the right talent is hired for each location.
- **Employee Relations**: Handle employee relations issues, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions for both office staff and store personnel.
- **Training and Development**: Develop and implement training programs and career development initiatives for retail store employees, office staff, and IT staff to enhance skills and performance.
- **Performance Management**: Supervise performance appraisals and employee development plans for both retail and office staff, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- **Payroll and Benefits Administration**: Oversee payroll processing, attendance, benefits administration, and contract management for all employees.
- **Compliance**: Ensure full compliance with local employment regulations, such as the Employment -Act 1955, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS for both retail and office employees.
- **HR Data and Reporting**: Manage HR data analytics, generating reports for senior management regarding employee metrics, performance, and engagement.
- **Workforce Planning**: Advice management on workforce planning, including staffing needs for retail outlets and head office, and ensure adequate training and development.
- **HR Systems Management**: Supervise HR technologies and systems, ensuring efficient integration with IT and store operations.
- **Employee Engagement and Culture**: Foster employee engagement across the company, supporting a positive work environment and reinforcing company culture in both retail stores and head office.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
