This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**_ Responsibilities: _**
- Understands customer business requirement from a technical viewpoint and uses technical expertise to propose and configure solutions to achieve customer business needs.
- Work closely with HPE sales field teams and partners for configurations, technical queries, solution designs and proposals and RFP requests
- Acquires, maintains, grows and demonstrates technical knowledge of HPE’s technology and solutions and deepens expertise within area of specialization
- Work closely with engineers, marketing team, product team in region/WW to resolve complex request and represent customer’s technical issues and feedback on products and solutions
- Shares knowledge and experience with the team and peers.

**_ Education and Experience Required: _**
- Bachelor degree in the field of computer science, business information systems, engineering or related fields or corresponding years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 - 4 years of technical experience in IT industry preferably on the hardware infrastructure side

**_ Knowledge and Skills: _**
- Knowledge of IT concepts, basic understanding of networking and IT hardware/solutions and an overall passion in Technology
- Team player, ability to collaborate effectively and maintain good relationships with team members and various stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Good written/spoken communication skills in English
