Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant with project experiences background in eGate/Autogate Solution and deployment at government, security clearance, or related to public safety sector. You will primarily be responsible for leading the technical implementation of the project. You need to work closely with Project Manager, as well as internal and external stakeholder.

Responsibilities include:

- Lead requirement studies and gathering session with customer.
- Map solutions and capabilities to mission requirements.
- Provide consultancy or specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
- Identify use-cases based on business processes.
- Define testing methodology and acceptance criteria to cover security, functional and performance aspects.
- Checking and verifying Infra requirement (hardware or software) of the solution specification and compliance
- Provide solution support and enablement for customer or partner.
- Prepare detailed documentation according to project stages, present and review with PMO team and obtain sign off based on project timeline.
- Escalation of issues in a timely manner to ensure expectation is correct among stakeholders.
- Regular report to Project Manager and stakeholder
- Work closely with internal and external team to achieve project success.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Engineering / Computing / Computer Science / Information Technology / Info-Comms
- Minimum 8 years working experience in complex eGate Deployment projects.
- Familiar with SDLC type projects, with experience in conducting / driving activities related to Development, Testing, Release-to-Production.
- Highly capable in picking up knowledge in new technology.
- Excellent communications, technical documentation and presentation skills is mandatory.

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- eGate Solution: 5 years (preferred)
- SDLC: 5 years (preferred)
