**Short Summary**

We are looking for highly motivated individuals with a good level of operational competency to manage activation and compliance of vendors. The individual must be able to multitask and be an advocate between vendors, operation, customer service, and some other stakeholders within the company.

1. Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors

2. Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, performance, negotiate pricing and communicate any product or service-related concerns

3. Continually optimizing and ensuring that the company's operations move smoothly to maintain and improve the company's value to its users

4. Managing vendor billing and disbursements

5. Maintaining sufficient inventory

6. Maintaining and updating all vendor documentation

7. Acting as an intermediary between vendors and all the stakeholders with the company (commercial, operations, customer service, finance, etc.)

**Job Requirements**

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, operations or any related field

2. Proven experience working in managing partners, operations, or any related field would be an advantage

4. The ability to multitask effectively

5. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

6. High motivation and excellent team player

7. Willing to learn and explore new tools

8. Outstanding written and verbal communication skill
