**KEY RESULT AREAS;**

To lead, manage, control and ensure monthly closing of Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), Fixed Asset (FA) & Cash Management (CM) module.

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS;**

**AP Module**
- Ensure AP closing is according to deadline.
- AP Invoice posting - LC, DM, IDM, Non Stock, Non PO, Interco - ensure correct account code and GST tax code.
- Ensure invoice matching and posting is cleared daily by subordinate.
- Review Payment Voucher with its supporting document and ensure accuracy of account code.
- Internal control on AP process flow.

**AR Module**
- Ensure billing is done and sent out to customer on time and before deadline.
- Ensure all AR account are accurate and up to date.
- Review AR monthly billing & debtor aging report, take prompt action or assist customer in
- invoice or debit note dispute and follow-up on prompt settlement of account.
- Monitor and follow-up with staff on prompt billing of Advice to Charge together with its
- collection.
- Check the accuracy of invoice generated and rectify if necessary.

**FA Module**
- Ensure FA closing is according to deadline.
- Handle fixed asset capitalisation, disposal and CPR update.
- Perform fixed asset sighting and tagging activities.
- Assist other department on billing, receipt, fixed asset acquisition and disposal matters.

**General Duties**
- Perform check on computerized accounting system function through review of parameter
- setting, operation reporting and Query report and recommend counter-measure where requires.
- Review and re-assess existing work instruction and monitor procedure compliance from time to time.
- Participation in any accounting related computerization program.
- Perform other duties/ad-hoc assignments as and when required by the Company.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS;**
- Degree in Accounting OR Finance.
- Fresh graduate or 1 year experience for Executive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
