We are a growing motor vehicle spare parts company seeking a detail-oriented account executive to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handle and manage all accounts and submit monthly financial reports on time.
- Oversee weekly and monthly payments to fixed vendors, suppliers, utility companies, and service providers.
- Accurately record transactions using proper double-entry bookkeeping.
- Assist in the preparation and reporting of monthly profit and loss statements.
- Ensure compliance with e-invoicing requirements.
- Maintain accurate records to support month-end closing and audit requirements.
Qualifications:
- Possess at least a certificate/diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, LCCI, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience with external audits.
- Familiarity with e-invoicing is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions.
Required Languages:
Chinese (Primary),English, and Malay
