**Job Summary**:
The Inspection Coordinator plays a key role in managing, scheduling, and coordinating inspection activities to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to clients. The role involves liaising with clients, inspectors, and internal teams to facilitate compliance with industry standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements in the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Scheduling & Coordination**
- Schedule inspections based on client requirements, inspector availability, and project timelines.
- Assign appropriately qualified inspectors to each job.
- Coordinate travel and logistics for inspectors when required.

**Client Communication**
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding inspection activities.
- Confirm inspection details, scope, timing, and documentation with clients.
- Provide updates on inspection status and deliverables.

**Documentation & Reporting**
- Prepare and distribute work orders, inspection reports template, and certificates template.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Maintain inspection records in accordance with internal and regulatory standards.

**Compliance & Quality**
- Ensure inspections are conducted in compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO, API, ASME, Client’s Standard).
- Support internal audits and assist in implementing corrective actions.
- Work closely with the Quality team to ensure continuous improvement.

**Administrative Support**
- Input data into inspection management software.
- Track inspector certifications and training records.
- Generate KPIs and support operational reporting.

**Requirements**:
**Education**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

**Experience**
- 2-5 years of experience in the TIC industry or a similar role.
- Familiarity with inspection standards and practices in industries such as oil & gas, manufacturing, or construction.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality systems.
- Knowledge of specific inspection standards (e.g., NDT, welding inspection, pressure equipment).
- Familiarity with logistics coordination or field service scheduling.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-based with occasional site visits if required.
- May involve extended hours or weekend work based on project demands.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
