Temporary Receptionist General Admin

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and welcome visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage the reception area to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure availability.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and coordinating refreshments.
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reporting and invoicing.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**
- Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude.
- Meticulous and have sense of responsibility.
- Computer literate with knowledge on Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Independent and good communication skills.
- Positive and team player.
**REMUNERATION/ ALLOWANCE**
RM200 - RM2300
**WORKING HOUR**:
Monday - Friday; 9.00am-6.00pm
**WORKING LOCATION**:
Level 40, HCK Tower (J-40-1), No. 8 Jalan Damansara, Empire City, PJU 8, 47820 Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
