Are you passionate about online sales and digital marketing? We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to drive the success of our online platforms

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding the needs of key clients
- Developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts
- Researching customer wants and needs
- Analyze analytics and propose solutions
- Managing communications with key clients
- Driving growth
- Maximizing retention of existing accounts
- Upselling products and services
- Building strategic partnerships with major key accounts
- Manage, oversee and ensure smooth daily operations of key accounts
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns to maximize sales performance.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and platform algorithm changes to ensure competitiveness.

**Requirements**:

- **Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Data Analyst or related field.**:

- **Have experience** in key account management, e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Creative thinker with a customer-centric mindset.
