**Job Summary**:
To support brand communication initiatives and strengthen JETOUR’s presence through PR, media relations, and user community engagement. This role acts as a bridge between the brand, media partners, and JETOUR users.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with PR agency to craft and distribute media content, press releases, and editorial pieces.
- Manage test-drive car loans for media, including scheduling, car prep, and follow-up.
- Identify and evaluate potential KOCs aligned with JETOUR’s brand image.
- Plan and co-execute KOC engagement events with the Branding team.
- Develop KOC operation strategies and guidebooks to standardise engagement content and policies.
- Produce compelling KOC content (video/interview/stories) that attracts and influences the public.
- Build, grow, and engage with JETOUR owners and online/offline community groups to enhance brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Oversee CRM database to ensure accurate customer profiling, follow-up, and relationship nurturing.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or related discipline.
- Experienced in media relations and brand communication.
- Fluent in English & Malay Language. Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is an added advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
