**Role Overview**
As a Public Relations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development and implementation of strategic communication initiatives to enhance the public image and reputation of the organization. This role involves managing a team of PR professionals, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and executing comprehensive PR campaigns.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategic PR plans aligned with the organization's objectives and values.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
- Manage a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, editors, and influencers.
- Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, and other communication materials.
- Direct the creation of compelling content for press releases, articles, blog posts, and other communication channels.
- Act as a spokesperson during challenging situations, maintaining transparency and credibility.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and executive leadership, to align PR efforts with overall business goals.
- Provide strategic PR guidance to support product launches, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of PR campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in public relations, with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Crisis communication and issues management experience.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on PR performance.
- Ability to think strategically and adapt to changing situations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
