**Role Overview**
As the Public Relations and Growth Strategy Lead, you will be a key driver in shaping the organization's public image while concurrently developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth. This role requires a unique blend of public relations expertise and a strategic mindset to align PR efforts with overarching business objectives and contribute to the company's expansion.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute integrated PR and growth strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to leverage PR initiatives for business expansion and brand growth.
- Lead the PR team, providing guidance and oversight on communication strategies.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes to inform growth plans.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content for press releases, articles, and other communication channels.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the organization, effectively communicating key messages.
- Manage relationships with media outlets, industry partners, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and measure the success of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product development, and other teams to align PR efforts with overall business strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in public relations with a focus on growth strategy, with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth through strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities
