We are looking for a creative and dynamic PR / Publicity Manager to lead our brand communication, media engagement, and public relations initiatives for Pro Ice Sales & Services — a leading provider of automotive safety, security, and telematics solutions in Malaysia.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, planning publicity campaigns, and managing media relations for our company and sub-brands such as CLAS, Mr. APAC, and Mr. PUA. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to build a strong, trusted public image and expand our presence across Malaysia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:


• Plan, develop, and execute PR strategies to strengthen the company's brand image and media presence.


• Manage media relations — build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media agencies.


• Organize and coordinate press conferences, product launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and public events.


• Develop and distribute press releases, speeches, and publicity materials for campaigns and corporate communication.


• Oversee brand storytelling and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms (print, digital, and broadcast).


• Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing content, promotional videos, and social media campaigns.


• Monitor and analyze PR performance, media coverage, and public sentiment to improve communication strategies.


• Handle crisis communication and maintain positive brand reputation in challenging situations.

Requirements:


• Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in PR, publicity, media relations, or brand communications.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is an added advantage).


• Strong networking skills with established connections in media, advertising, and event industries.


• Proven track record in managing publicity campaigns, media events, roadshows, and product launches.


• Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.


• Confident, resourceful, and able to perform under pressure while meeting deadlines.
