The primary role is to be accountable in managing brand communications, maintain and expand media relationships and to be the main support in implementing PR initiatives such as events, media pitches, interviews and other strategic communication contents.

As our Specialist , you will be ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and success of our content creation and influencee engagement efforts. You will be working with the team to develop and manage content for our client's brands and campaign; interacting and engaging with people from various backgrounds - influencers, media, vendors and partners relevant to our clients' brand and campaign goals.
What you'll do:
- Active involvement in client servicing and consultation. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients to ensure a high level of delivery quality.
- Collaborate and manage with internal and external partners to create successful campaign
- Develop PR strategies by liaising with media houses to foster dialogue and promote brand's campaign
- Understand and manage daily operations of the internal team as requested (WIP, Cadences, Task Management)
- Prepare of new business pitches and internal brainstorms
- Align with relevant internal/ external stakeholders in ensuring proper alignment to meet the overall project/campaign objectives
- Track, analyze and report overall brand performance1
What you'll need:
- At least 4 years of experience in the similar field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; resourceful.
- People person, friendly and love meeting new people.
- Multilingual candidates are welcomed.
- Well-versed with social media platforms and current trends.
- Relationship building and negotiation skills, with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
- A strong command of English both spoken and written and the ability to write well in a variety of styles.
- Comfortable in assisting on alcohol accounts, passionate in fitness / sports and knowledgable with other lifestyle industries such as tech, beauty, skincare, interior design, etc.
