Overview
The Marketing Manager drives Agroz's brand presence through integrated marketing, events, and public relations.
The role strengthens Agroz's position as Southeast Asia's first NASDAQ-listed agritech company by coordinating campaigns, media engagement, and high-profile events that connect investors, partners, and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to promote Agroz's brand, products, and ESG vision.
- Lead PR initiatives including press releases, interviews, and media partnerships to ensure consistent coverage of Agroz's milestones and leadership.
- Manage investor and public-facing events such as product launches, exhibitions, conferences, and ministerial visits.
- Coordinate corporate participation in key platforms like Fortune Innovation Forum and regional agritech summits.
- Work with the CEO, CCO, and Investor Relations team to align messaging across all communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, event organizers, and government agencies.
- Oversee marketing vendors, creative agencies, and event partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- Track marketing ROI, media sentiment, and event impact through data-driven reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 5+ years in marketing, PR, or event management, ideally within agritech, FMCG, or sustainability sectors.
- Strong experience in media relations and corporate event execution.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment
