Accounts Book Keeping

**Job Responsibilities:
- **
- Enter invoices, payments, and receipts into accounting systems.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and expense reports.
- Verify the accuracy of financial documents and resolve discrepancies.
- Reconcile bank statements and record all transactions accurately.
- Process vendor payments and customer invoices.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and assist with collections.
- Generate financial reports as needed.
- Prepare documents for audits and financial reviews.
**Job Requirements:
- **
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.
- Previous experience in an accounts or bookkeeping role preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
