Job Responsibilities:-
- Prepare and maintain corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and statutory registers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in drafting and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities.
- Maintain custody of corporate documents, such as Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
- Manage statutory books and records, including share registers and meeting minutes.
Job requirements:-
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of corporate law and governance practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Bachelor's in Accounting / Legal Law/ Secretary / Business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
