Job Responsibilities :-
- Prepare and maintain statutory registers and records.
- Draft and file documents with the Registrar of Companies (ROC).
- Assist with the incorporation of companies and LLPs.
- Ensure compliance with laws and filing deadlines.
- Conduct due diligence and prepare resolutions.
- Manage correspondence with clients and authorities.
- Maintain organized documentation and files.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Assist clients with compliance procedures.
- Guide corporate governance practices.
Job Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and secretarial software.
- Eager learnt new things
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
