**Job description**

Melewar Learning Resources, also known as Direct English Malaysia, is a reputable English language training provider with its office situated in the city of Kuala Lumpur.

Direct English Malaysia is now at the forefront delivering high quality English language training programmes to cater to the needs of a wide spectrum of learners. Thousands of learners: from university students to young professionals to corporate executives, from absolute beginners to advanced learners have benefited from the training programmes conducted by Direct English Malaysia.
- We are now looking for a _**Admin and Marketing Executive **_to be part of our expanding team._

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in training-related works
- Enthusiastic and able to connect/relate with our learners from all levels
- Speak and write good English
- Able to communicate in Chinese will be an added advantage.
- Possess positive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Digital / technology savvy with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Social Media
- Must be willing to travel for work purpose

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To organize and coordinate with clients/prospects from enquiries to closing of sales
- To develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to grow business
- To make cold calling potential customers and building relationships
- To generate business leads and following up on sales opportunities
- To conduct market research and to identify business opportunities
- To design marketing materials and update training related information into company social media such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and any other platform
- To carry out such other duties that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.
- To carry out all assigned duties & responsibilities diligently as well as be a team player to ensure a collegial environment is always maintained;
**Other Responsibilities**:

- To contribute and participate in any projects, events & activities undertaken by the Company in any assigned role as and when required;
- To always maintain high regards to both Human Resource and Company policies;
- To carry out such other duties that may be assigned by the Company from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
