We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin Executive to assist in managing day-to-day office operations and project administration as we continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle daily administrative tasks, documentation, and filing.
• Prepare and manage project-related documents such as quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, suppliers, and management.
• Maintain and update records for staff attendance, inventory, and office supplies.
• Support HR activities including recruitment coordination, claims, and leave records.
• Assist in company licensing, renewals, and compliance documentation.
• Provide general office support and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience (construction industry preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
