Role Overview
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily office operations, manage documents, and coordinate with customers, workshops, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration, data entry, and filing.
- Manage warranty records, quotations, and invoices.
- Assist with customer and workshop coordination.
- Support sales and operations with reporting and documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Business Admin or related field.
- 1–3 years' admin experience (automotive/warranty industry is a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
