Role Overview

We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support daily office operations, manage documents, and coordinate with customers, workshops, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administration, data entry, and filing.
  • Manage warranty records, quotations, and invoices.
  • Assist with customer and workshop coordination.
  • Support sales and operations with reporting and documentation.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or higher in Business Admin or related field.
  • 1–3 years' admin experience (automotive/warranty industry is a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
