Manages sales operation process, help sales organization to run effectively and efficiently. Refine business processes and make systematic enhancements by resolving operational inconsistencies and bottlenecks.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Responsible for creating reports and dashboards, providing ad-hoc analytical support and insights to sales in reporting tools.
- Manages sales data operations and always seek for business process improvements.
- Communicate and support in professional manner, with external and internal parties i.e. Sales, Business Unit, PSG Ops, Product Marketing
- Support Data Operations in Salesforce Analytics Cloud System.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/ Operations or equivalent work experience.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Teams, SharePoint.
- Experience of Salesforce, PowerBI, PowerPivot, PowerAutomate or similar is preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Business Management or similar roles.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
