**Job Summary**:
The IT Support Technician is responsible for providing technical support across multiple studio locations, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems including Point of Sale (POS) systems, network connectivity, and user hardware/software. This role supports frontline studio staff, troubleshoots issues promptly, and ensures mínimal downtime to maintain excellent customer service and studio operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide first-line IT support to studio staff for hardware, software, and **POS system** issues via phone, remote access, or on-site visits.
- Install, configure, and maintain POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, cash drawers, label printers, and other in-studio IT equipment.
- Support back-office systems including desktops, laptops, Office 365, printers, and network devices.
- Monitor POS system performance and ensure proper syncing with backend inventory and sales systems.
- Troubleshoot POS software issues, handle configuration updates, and escalate to vendors if necessary.
- Assist with the onboarding of new studio including full IT setup and POS deployment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets.
- Perform routine maintenance, software updates, and backups to ensure system reliability.
- Ensure mínimal disruption to studio operations by responding quickly to critical issues.
- Adhere to IT policies and ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
- Assist with IT projects such as new studio openings, system migrations, and hardware upgrades.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a **retail or multi-outlet environment**.
- Solid understanding of POS systems and related hardware components.
- Familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, basic networking, and remote support tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel to store locations as needed (if applicable).

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
