Our client is a premier Numismatic & Philatelic collectibles auctioneer of Malaysia. The company specialises in Numismatic & Philatelic auctions and also organizes exhibitions and fairs.
**Job Highlights**:
- Bonus on Quarterly Basis (4 times a year)
- No Overtime (Will Compensate if OT is needed)
- Yearly increment
**Job Requirements**:
- **5 1/2 Working Days a Week (Monday to Friday, Saturday 1/2 day)**
- Willing to learn, training provided
- Able to speak, read/write/type Mandarin & English
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing the smooth, efficient, accurate administration of our onsite auctions.
- Perform a variety of tasks related to managing the transactions involved in getting bidders registers, communicating the process, tracking purchases and handling payments. Positive client interaction is an important facet of this job, in addition to handling all aspects of the transactions from start to finish.
- Responsible for accepting, recording, storing and releasing auction inventory and must make detailed documentation of the inventory.
- Must possess the ability to analyze problem situations in depth; using judgment, discretion, and independence.
- Must be able to juggle several tasks simultaneously, using good judgment in working with customers and prioritizing and completing work assignments.
- Attending to customer inquiries and resolving customer issues.
**Qualifications**:
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Applications
- Comfortable with Technology
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in English and Mandarin
- Pleasant and professional outlook
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a team player
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
