**1.Accounting Tasks**
- Record daily financial transactions (accounts payable/receivable).
- Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with payroll.
- Manage invoicing, billing, and follow up on collections.
- Support month-end closing and account reconciliation.
**2.Administrative Support**
- Handle general office administration, including filing and organizing documents.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and office supplies.
**3.Compliance & Reporting**
- Ensure financial compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare financial and administrative reports for management.
**4.Perform any tasks as assigned**
**Qualification & Education Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in finance or administration.
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
**Preferred Skills**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
