**Your Role**:
As a **Purchasing Specialist**, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our lifestyle products are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate competitive deals, and oversee the procurement process to support the dynamic needs of our fast-paced retail environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and issue procurement plans to suppliers, ensuring timely and stable supply of products to meet business demands.
- Monitor product arrivals, warehouse receipts, and address issues such as returns or exchanges for substandard items.
- Negotiate procurement costs with suppliers to ensure product quality and pricing are competitive and aligned with company goals.
- Manage and maintain supplier relationships in assigned categories, fostering strong partnerships to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Handle account reconciliation, invoicing, and payment processes efficiently and accurately.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of procurement or purchasing experience, ideally within the retail, FMCG, or consumer goods industries.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a knack for resolving conflicts effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to manage supply chains and forecast demand accurately.
- Exceptional organizational and execution skills, with a proactive and positive approach to challenges.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English and Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- **Personality**: Resilient under pressure, adaptable in a fast-moving environment, and highly motivated to deliver results.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
