- To handle correspondence related to all customer service and marketing activities.
- To represent the company in attending meetings with customers, communication & maintain good customer service and business relationships in assigned areas.

- To manage multiple projects at the business and organization level by working with inter-department.
- To coordinate, follow up and attend all customer’s external audits and ensure compliance to all audit areas by working with inter-departments.

- To prepare, monitor, and review the expiry date and terms & conditions of the customers’s agreement.

- To provide accurate reports and timely reports to the superior and Management.
- To participate in external (RBA, customer-related) and internal audits (ISO, RBA, & etc).
- To ensure operational activities meet the department’s objectives and achieve department KPIs.
- To assist in the preparation of tenancy agreement and support on Admin Operations when required by superior on Management from time to time.
- To undertake and execute and ad-hoc assignments or other job tasks as and when required by superior or management from time to time.

**Job Requirement**

**Qualification**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree Graduates in any field

**Experience**:

- Experience in Sales & Marketing
- Fluent in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office Software.
- Proactive
- Detail-oriented
- Possess own car transport

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
