DUTIES / AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
To handle 999 incoming calls from callers relating to emergency cases, with objective providing assistant as quickly as possible. To attend the 999 calls according to specified Response Center practice and procedure. To work to agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g. log in time, talk time, accuracy)
1. Inbound Call Handling
Answer and respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently.
Follow Response Center practices and procedures.
Meet agreed productivity and quality standards (e.g., log-in time, talk time)
2. Quality / Service-Oriented Work Standards
Deliver accurate information and solutions with excellent telephone etiquette.
Capture and document all relevant customer details accurately in the system.
Maintain professionalism and represent the company with integrity.
Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
3. Quality of Work & Attitude
Be punctual and disciplined in attendance and shift adherence.
Comply with leave policies for sick and emergency leave.
Exhibit positive workplace behavior and teamwork.
