- Proficient in **Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)** and basic data management.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate all **training logistics**, including booking venues, preparing materials, and ensuring required equipment is available.
- Manage **training registration**, attendance lists, and participant communication before and after sessions.
- Prepare **training documents**, certificates, and evaluation forms for each session.
- Maintain and update **training databases** and employee development records accurately.
- Support **training evaluation and reporting**, compiling feedback and attendance summaries for review.
- Assist in managing the **annual training calendar** and monitoring completion of mandatory training programs.
- Liaise with internal departments, trainers, and external vendors to ensure smooth coordination of learning activities.
- Handle **administrative tasks** related to L&D functions such as documentation, filing, and tracking invoices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
