**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Beverage Trainer to join our team. The Beverage Trainer will be responsible for educating staff on beverage preparation, service techniques, and product knowledge. This role will ensure that all employees are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service and uphold our beverage quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver training programs on beverage preparation, service, and sales techniques.
- Educate staff on various types of beverages, including milk tea, and coffee.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops to enhance staff skills.
- Create training materials, manuals, and resources for ongoing reference.
- Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback to improve service quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and best practices in beverage service.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop tailored programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding beverage preparation and service.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in the beverage industry, preferably in a training or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of beverage products, preparation techniques, and service standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate staff through interactive training methods.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in bartending, beverage management, or related fields is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
