**Boost Juice Bars Malaysia** **Field Trainer** **Location: Kuala Lumpur** Boost Juice, is South East Asia’s largest juice and smoothie chain having expanded to over 200 stores. Boost is not just a smoothie & juice bar - it is an innovative retail concept based on great tasting products, the unique Boost Experience and amazing looking stores. Dedicated to inspiring healthy living and serving up healthy alternatives, we are a committed, vibrant and dynamic company dedicated to people, both those who buy our products and those that make them. We are currently embarking on our next stage of aggressive expansion which includes entry into additional markets within the region of South East Asia. We expect to quickly grow to >1,000 stores across the region and then potentially look at listing options. We are looking for a highly capable, experienced, driven and motivated **Field Trainer** to train our stores and assist with the overall growth and success of Boost Juice across the region. **_Responsibilities_**: - Conduct on job training for new joiner and store employees. - To ensure upkeep and update of all records and procedures. - Collaborate to identify company training needs. - Undertake any relevant duties assigned by the HOD from time to time. - At least 2 Years of working experience in training and development. - Able to work on shift (6 days work week). - Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Word is a MUST. - Independent, responsible and aggressive. - Matured team player, resourceful and self-motivated with high integrity. - Prior experience in managing a cluster/ area of retail or F&B outlets is essential. - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English. - Must be detail-oriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage all the training events. - Strong organizational skills to maintain the operations training records. - Strong communications skills to all levels - Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff, and customers. - Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment. **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent **Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month **Benefits**: - Maternity leave - Opportunities for promotion - Parental leave - Professional development Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift Supplemental pay types: - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus **Education**: - Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred) **Experience**: - Food & Beverage: 2 years (required) - training: 2 years (required) **Language**: - English (required) - Bahasa (required) Shift availability: - Day Shift (required) - Night Shift (required) Willingness to travel: - 100% (required)
