- Clear and effective verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

**Descriptions of job duties**:

- Draft accurate quotations for potential clients, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Submit quotations for internal approval and follow up on their status.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of sales orders, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
- Efficiently input and update customer and sales data into the CRM system.
- Assist in tracking and managing the sales pipeline, updating records, and following up on leads.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Support in organizing marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Help in managing social media accounts and online marketing activities.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Become proficient in using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- To handle handle paperwork load, create quotation, interact with supplier/purchaser, do costing and handle sales bookings.
- To take responsibility in booking venue for exhibitions.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
