Evaluate and consolidate all staff’s Personal Business Commitment (PBC) settings to ensure alignment with company’s strategy and direction.
- Subsequently, analyse and monitor performances accordingly and come up with strategic action plans to manage identified problem.
- Actively involved in company’s strategic management meetings and consolidate strategic decisions with the company’s activities.
- Act as Project Manager to monitor the progress and drive the performance of each respective departments and ensure alignment with the company’s strategy to meet the respective KPIs
- Provide management report on progress of key task and projects assigned.
- Manage the filing and documentation of relevant reports and results.
- Draft, execute and subsequently review all SOPs and authorization processes. Act as an internal audit and establish control on policies and procedures as per HQ’s guideline
